We provide essential resources, advocacy, and community connections to help individuals and families navigate settlement, integration, and achieve their full potential.

I Hear You Friendship Benches
The "I Hear You Friendship Benches" project responds to the universal need for a listening ear by creating a network of support for immigrants and refugees in London, Ontario. Through strategically placed "Friendship Benches" in public spaces, participants can engage in facilitated listening sessions, building peer connections and gaining access to essential resources. This initiative directly addresses the importance of verbalizing experiences for improved mental health.

Music Therapy
The Immigrants & Refugees Support Network (IRSN) offers music therapy as a key intervention to help immigrants and refugees process trauma, reduce stress, and build community connections through culturally adapted musical activities such as singing, instrument playing, and songwriting, facilitated by licensed therapists in both group and individual settings.
