With a Master of Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership in progress from Carleton University and a background in managing fundraising initiatives and donor relations, she combines operational excellence with heartfelt advocacy. Her journey began with funding multiple programs at Rose of Sharon Children's Home in Zimbabwe, sparking her passion for creating systemic change through empowerment initiatives.
Tee now channels her skills in Philanthropy & Non-Profit Leadership to build innovative settlement programs, advocate for equitable policies, and develop trauma-informed support systems for women and children. Driven by the belief that "true empowerment creates systems where everyone thrives," she's pioneering digital mentorship platforms, foreign credential recognition reforms, and culturally responsive mental health services, always measuring impact through the lives transformed.

Language instruction, employment training, job search programs, translation services, and information programs on Canadian culture and life.
We relieve poverty by providing food, clothing, and other basic necessities of life to immigrants and refugees.
We undertake activities that are ancillary and incidental to the attainment of the above charitable purpose.
